How do we choose which experience providers to work with?
Our selection is based on close cooperation with local experts, guides, and beer connoisseurs who visit and evaluate all the experiences we offer. We guarantee that all the places whose experiences we offer provide their customers with first-class service.
How can I find a specific experience on the website?
You can search our website using the following criteria: location, brewery, type of experience. You can also use the interactive map, which presents the experiences directly in their specific location. After clicking on an experience, you will be redirected to a page with more detailed information, and you can book the experience immediately.
How does the reservation work?
Once you have chosen the experience you're interested in, simply select the date, number of people, and other details, and submit the reservation. At this stage, the price will be blocked on your card, but not deducted. As soon as the brewery accepts your order, a voucher summarizing all the necessary information will be sent to you by email. Only then will the payment be completed, and you will receive confirmation of the purchase of the experience.
Can I check the status of my reservation?
You can find information about your reservations after logging in by clicking on the "Reservations" tab. Here, you can view your previous and current reservations, along with all associated details.
What about order cancellations?
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before the event.
